DIY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Ingredients
  

  • 4 3/4 cups coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 6 cups cold water
Make Your Perfect Cup of Iced Coffee
  • 1/2 cup coffee concentrate
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 cup milk or half-and-half

Method
 

  1. Simply stir together the ground coffee and cold water. I recommend making it in a 1/2 gallon mason jar (which is what I use). This already has the lid to store this as it steeps without contamination.
  2. Let your coffee steep at room temperature for at least 10 hours or up to 24 hours.
Make Your Perfect Cup of Iced Coffee
  1. Fill a glass with ice. Add coffee and sweetener, stirring to combine. Top with milk and enjoy.
