Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 8 oz shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 8-12 tortilla shells burrito sized
Instructions
- Whip softened cream cheese with hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Mix in sour cream and jalapenos.
- Divide and spread filling mix over toritilla shells, sprinkling with shredded cheese. Roll each up and place seam side down in a 9x13" pan.
- Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
- Slice into 1" pieces and serve.
