DIY Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

Ingredients

  • 4 3/4 cups coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 6 cups cold water

Make Your Perfect Cup of Iced Coffee

  • 1/2 cup coffee concentrate
  • 2 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 cup milk or half-and-half

Instructions

  • Simply stir together the ground coffee and cold water. I recommend making it in a 1/2 gallon mason jar (which is what I use). This already has the lid to store this as it steeps without contamination.
  • Let your coffee steep at room temperature for at least 10 hours or up to 24 hours.

Make Your Perfect Cup of Iced Coffee

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add coffee and sweetener, stirring to combine. Top with milk and enjoy.
