In a large stockpot, bring water to boil while you chop your cabbage and kielbasa.
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, gently brown kielbasa.
Remove kielbasa from your skillet, leaving as much grease as possible. Set aside.
Start cooking your noodles.
Add 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Toss in chopped cabbage. Allow to cook until softened and slightly browned.
Return kielbasa to the skillet with your cabbage. Stir to combine well.
Drain your cooked noodles.
Add noodles to your cabbage in the skillet. Top with remaining butter.
Stir well to combine.
Remove from heat and serve.
