Homemade Herb Dressing Mix

Use homegrown herbs to make your own salad dressing. Great for entertaining or for homemade gifts. You'll love the switch from store-bought.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar (white, red, or balsamic)
  • 1 tsp minced onion
  • 1/2 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp marjoram
  • 1/2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame or sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Mix together all ingredients. Let sit to allow flavors to develop. Serve over fresh greens.
  • To store, mix all herbs together. Store in an air-tight container. Mix with olive oil and wine vinegar to serve.
